Pricing, Taxes and Availability

Custom jewellery work begins only after the design direction, gemstone or diamond, metal, dimensions, quotation, payment terms and other material specifications are approved.

• Reference images are treated as design inspiration unless exact replication is expressly agreed.
• Minor practical changes may be necessary for strength, setting, wearability or manufacturing.
• Metal and stone weights may vary within reasonable manufacturing tolerances.
• Changes requested after approval may affect cost and completion time.
• Personalised, altered, engraved, resized or made-to-order items may be subject to cancellation or return restrictions disclosed before purchase.

Payment, Verification and Invoices

Payment should be made only through the authorised payment method and account details communicated by Shagun Gems & Jewellery for the relevant transaction.

We may request reasonable information to verify the payer, transaction, delivery recipient or business customer. An order may remain pending until cleared payment and any required verification are received.
